Participant: Click the add a new page link in the Navigation panel on the left or the Add a new page button in the Page Toolbox on the right. Enter your first and last name as the page title. It is not necessary to enter keywords. Select a Blank page template from the displayed list. Once the page is created, use the Easy Edit button at the top of the page to respond to the reflection questions below questions:

  1. What knowledge have you gained from the area of focus?
  2. What are your areas of interest for further research?
  3. What are the implications for leadership?

You may write as much as you like, since there is no limit to the length of the page. You can develop your narrative in a word processor, then paste the final copy into your page if you prefer.
